Frozen Dog Treat Recipes – Puppy Popsicles

We’re all starting to feel the heat as Summer starts creeping around the corner. There’s nothing more refreshing than a frozen treat on a hot summer day!

But, we don’t want to forget our canine friends! They get just as hot (or hotter) than we do out in the sun.

However, many times we aren’t sure if they can have whatever it is we are eating.

Here are a few, extremely simple, fast, healthy frozen treats that your dog will absolutely LOVE!

Use a recipe, or create your own, unique combinations!

Do It Yourself – Make Your Own Combinations!

You can make puppy popsicles out of anything! Use whatever you have on hand, or create your dog’s ultimate favorite treat out of their favorite flavors!

My favorite DIY combinations:

  • Strawberry, Chia Seed & Coconut Milk
  • Apple, Zucchini & Chicken Broth
  • Watermelon, Blueberry & Yogurt
  • Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil & Apple
  • Peanut Butter, Bacon & Blueberry (add coconut oil for easier blending)

Just follow this basic template, and you can create endless tempting treats in a multitude of new flavors and combinations!
